On Sunday the 5th July we paddled below the white cliffs of Dover.
The views were stunning even if it was a bit damp in the morning. We launched from Kingsdown and paddled to St Margarets Bay where we had lunch in a boat shed.
In the afternoon we paddle back to St Margaret’s Bay, a round trip of 6 miles . The Wind was force 2 with a sea state of clam to slight.
Here are some of the comments about that day:-
“Thanks for a great trip Noel, Julia and I really enjoyed it in the end. Even though it was quite damp in the morning. It was great to see the Seal just after we launched after lunch. I never thought I would see a seal on the South Coast so close to Dover”, sorry you and Robin missed it!!!!
